Ice and Warriors Friday Night

Friday night the Warriors will host the Kootenay Ice. Kootenay is 2nd in their division, just behind the red hot Red Deer Rebels. They sit third in the conference with 43 points. The Ice actually have a better road record than at home, winning 11 games on the road and only losing 4; one to the Warriors.

The last time these two teams met….
Back on October 13th, the Warriors defeated the Ice 6-3. Tony Honejsek had a pair of goals. Dylan Hood had two, Collin Bowman scored along with Morgan Rielly.

Last Few Games…
The Warriors had a tough run in Alberta, falling 7-4 in Lethbridge and losing in a shoot out Wednesday night in Medicine Hat. Prior to that, the Warriors were on a four game winning streak; the tribe have not lost at home since November 15th against Portland.

Kootenay is coming off of a 5-0 stomping of the Raiders. Dec 4th they fell to the Tigers in OT. They took Seattle, Everett and Portland prior to journeying into Saskatchewan.
