Only seconds into the first period, Dylan McIlrath dropped the gloves to get the game underway. Brett Lyon followed suit. A single goal would be scored by Matt Grant, his 5th of the season. 1-0 Moose Jaw after the first twenty.
Second period would be all Warriors. Goals from Sebastian Svendsen and Cody Beach would give the Warriors a 3-0 lead heading into intermission.
The Warriors would fire on Mark Friesen relentlessly in the third, but he would turn every Warriors shot away. A line brawl broke out in the final minute of play sending McIlrath, Lyon, Bowman and just prior to that, Beach to the dressing room early.
Heemskerk claimed second star of the evening and Cody Beach took home first star.
