The Warriors finished off the BC road trip with a 5-2 record. The Team fell 3-1 to the Kootenay Ice last night in the final game before returning home. The squad had a tough first period, with shots 23-4 against them. Spencer Edwards had the single goal.
The Warriors arrived home early this morning.
Just as a note, last year on the US Road Trip the Warriors returned with the exact opposite result, going 2-5 on the road starting Feb 9th until the 20th.
No major trades have went through as of today as trade deadline looms Monday at 4:00 pm.
Medicine Hat did send Scott Ramsey to Seattle for a 4th round pick in '11. Earlier in the week the Wheaties sent Darren Bestland to Vancouver for former Moose Jaw Warrior, Matt MacKay and a 4th rounder in '12.
