Tonight is the only meeting of the season between the Warriors and Prince George Cougars. The Warriors won their only meeting last season 5-4 in overtime at the Civic Centre. Moose Jaw is 2-0-1 against the Cougars in the last five years, posting a 2-0 record at home and 0-0-1 record on the road.
Brendan Rowinski led the Warriors last season with three goals against Prince George; Ryan Stanton had a goal and three points; Travis Hamonic had two assists; Jesse Paradis had one goal; Thomas Frazee, Antonin Honejsek, and Dylan McIlrath had one assist each.
Brock Hirsche and Dallas Jackson led the Cougars with a goal and two points each against the Warriors; Jesse Forsberg had two assists; Robbie Ciolfi and James Dobrowolski had one goal each.
