The Red Deer Rebels will pay a visit to the Crushed Can on Saturday, bringing with them a player who could quite possibly be a top three selection in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, Ryan Nugent Hopkins. This seventeen year old phenom already has 10 points in just 7 games. The Rebels are sitting in second place in the Eastern Conference, just behind Saskatoon as of Friday.

Rebels goaltender Darcy Kuemper leads the league with 5 wins. The Alberta team has 12 power play goals to open the season. D-man Alex Petrovic, a name that might be quite familiar to Warriors fans, as Dylan McIlrath put on quite a show at the 2010 Prospects Game in his tilt with Petrovic.
