Just a few noteables for you:
- Joey Kornelsen scored his first goal of the season for the tribe Tuesday...Joe's just played in 4 games and now has 2 points
- Quinton Howden leads the way in scoring with 12 points and is among the leagues finest in short handed goals with 2.
- Twenty year old Dylan Hood is making a case to ensure he has a place as an over ager on the team by racking up 11 points, averaging a point per game. Fellow twenty year old forward and previous line mate Brendan Rowinski is back in the Jaw and looking to get into his first game of the season after knee surgery this summer.
- Sam Fioretti leads Warrior rookies with 5 points and has only played in 6 games.
- Line up of Hood, Howden and Kornelsen combined for 9 points vs Saskatoon
- Kendall McFaull is pointless to start off the season.... D men Collin Bowman and Connor Cox lead the way with 4 points each on the back end. Dylan McIlrath has 3 points and just got on the score sheet last Wednesday and added another point Tuesday night.
- Warriors attendance has been GREAT to start off the season. Over 2,600 in paid attendance each night and record high 50/50 sales are very encouraging.
