Game Day vs Swift Current

Off the ice:
Canadian Blood Services will be on location handing out Life Saving Hat Trick donor cards to Warriors fans.  Warriors fan's are encouraged to attend 3 donor clinics from October until March to score their very own hat trick.  All fans who score their hat trick will be entered to win a team signed Warriors jersey and a rookie of the year (first time donor) could win a team signed CBS jersey.  Watch for volunteers on the concourse and get your donor card.

Tonight's intermissions include Subway and a special intermission with Morty!

On the Ice:
Tonight is the third meeting of the Warriors and Broncos in 10/11.  Both teams have taken a win on the two games prior to tonight.  The Warriors are lead by Antonin Honejsek, Quinton Howden, Jordan Wyton, Michal Hlinka, Dylan Hood and Spencer Edwards with 2 points a piece. 

Thomas Heemskerk has faced 172 shots in 4 games and has let in 17 of the 172 shots.  The Warriors are 0/22 on the power play and have scored just 8 goals in 4 games. 

Broncos are coming off a 6-0 loss to Red Deer last night and have the same record as the Warriors, 1-4-0-0.  The Bronco's power play is 4/25. 

Who to watch for:

Swift Current
  • Stepan Novotny leads the team with 5 goals, he will be wearing #44 for the visiting team
  • Cody Eakin is back from Capitals Camp and is always an offensive danger for the opposition
  • Justin Dowling (#10) leads the team with 7 assists and is one of 3 twenty year olds for the Broncos

Moose Jaw
  • Jordan Wyton has an impressive goal in the last matchup with Swifty and has 3 points in 5 games
  • Antonin Honejsek has two goals in the last 5 games; one against Swift
  • Quinton Howden has only played in the last 3 games and has as many points as games under his belt
