Warriors Come Home 1-1

The Ice came out with all guns blazing Saturday night; firing 42 shots at Thomas Heemskerk. With just 20 shots coming from the visiting Warriors, the tribe found themselves down 3-0 after just two periods. Quinton Howden and Spencer Edwards would bring the Warriors within just a single goal nearing the end of the third, but an empty net would allow for two more Kootenay goals and road loss for the Warriors. The tribe struggled with special teams going 0/7 on the power play and 5/7 on the penatly kill. The Warrior began the trip home last night and will be ready to host the Ice Tuesday and Wednesday.
