WARRIORS WRAP UP 2011 BANTAM DRAFT

Moose Jaw, SK. --- The Moose Jaw Warriors have selected nine players in the 2011 Bantam Draft.  The Warriors had both the 14th and 16th overall picks in the first round to start the day off.  The Warriors took three forwards in Brayden Point, Josh Uhrich and Miles Warkentine with their first three picks. 

The Warriors also had picks in the 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th and two in the 9th.  The Warriors traded their 10th pick to the Saskatoon Blades. 

ROUNDS 4 to 10
Logan Hermus (4th round, 80th overall)
Logan is a 5”11 defensemen from Big Valley, AB.  He played for the Red Deer White.  Logan had 35 points in 33 games.

Jaden Sveinson (6th round, 130th overall)
Jaden is from Red Deer Alberta and spent last season with the Red Deer Rebels Black.  The six foot forward had 22 points in 23 games and 95 PIMS. 

Royce Rossignol (7th round, 149th overall)
Royce is a six foot defensemen weighing in at 170 lbs.  Royce played for the Cloverdale Broncos. 

Benjamin Duperreault (8th round, 168th overall)
Ben is a 5’6”forward from Wilcox and played for the Notre Dame AAA team. 

Tanner Lewis (9th round, 190th overall)
Tanner hails from Virden, MB.  As a 5’11” forward, Tanner played for the Virden Oil Kings. 

Brandon Delgrosso (9th, 191 overall)
Brandon is from Burnaby, BC.  The left winger is 5’11” 160 lbs.
