Thursday Thoughts

The Memorial Cup is shaping up for a grand finale on Sunday. The Owen Sound will take on Kootenay in a tie breaker tonight.  Mississauga has already advanced to the semi finals Saturday while the St. John's Sea Dogs have already booked their ticket to the finals on Sunday.

The Eastern Conference Final is going to a game seven after a stellar performance by Martin St. Louis.  Neither goaltender played all that great but having at least one pivotal game seven for a trip to the finals.  Can't wait!

Do you think Jaromir Jagr will return to the NHL next season...

Over the course of the 2011 World Championship in Slovakia, Jaromir Jagr showed the hockey world that he is still capable of dominating games at age 39. Not only does Jagr still have the great hands that have produced 646 goals and 1,599 points in 1,273 regular season games, he still has his incredible lower-body strength. I guess we will have to see!

Have a great Thursday!
