Good morning! Back from the holiday Monday and a busy week for the Warriors. Coming off of a 1-2 week with two of those losses being at home, the Warriors will be looking to post two home wins this week.
Wednesday night the Bronco's will be in town. Swifty is trying to grab one of the last playoff spots in a tight bottom half of the conference. This will be the very last time the Warriors and Broncos will meet in the Crushed Can. Ahhh a historic moment!
Another bit of history Saturday night as it will be the last time the Blades will play on the Civic Center ice. It will be the last meeting in Moose Jaw between these two heated rivals... I do not think you want to miss this one!
Sunday the players will be at Canadian Tire to sign their 10/11 poster. The team will be there from 2-4 pm.
The team practices in the morning's this week as the school system is on holidays.
Everyone is still buzzing from the Skills Comp. A ton of great feedback... it seems that everyone enjoyed seeing the players personalities and of course talent. A bright future this team has... as exemplified with hardest shot coming from Joel Edmundsen who is eligible to be drafted this summer and Morgan Rielly winning the fastest skater in his rookie season! Look out for these two!
