Tuesday Thoughts

Good morning!

Don't have to mention it.. but how can you not! It is freezing out! The extreme weather should find a happy medium in the middle... -7 is just fine. -40... no where close to fine.

Quinton Howden will be stopping by Hunger in Moose Jaw this morning to help prepare lunches for the kids in Moose Jaw. Have you ever seen what 250 lunch bags looks like? 250 sandwiches? It is ALOT. The staff are fabulous and the attitude always positive. Some of the lovely ladies joined us for a puck drop Friday night to remined folks of the $90,000.00 Mosaic donated to the organization through the Warriors last year.

Spencer Edwards was back on the ice yesterday morning for a skate. He's working hard to get himself back in the line up.

Tonight 8 different players will be joining the Moose Jaw Figure Skatine Club for their annual Skate-a-thon. Warriors encourge the skaters as they try complete as many laps as possible.

Many young skaters of the club are huge Warriors fans. Many of the best hockey players did take just skating lessons first! Colby Armstrong of the Toronto Maple Leafs, his mom Rosemary is a top notch figure skating club in Saskatoon... and you better believe he took many a skating lesson! The Warriors will be at the Bert Hunt Arena from 5:45-7:15.

The Warriors will snap their team photo tomorrow... lots of new faces and they will be wearing their new third jerseys.

The Kinsmen's Sports Celebrity Dinner goes this Saturday.... get your tickets. Here is the link...
