Moose Jaw, SK.--- The Canada Winter Games runs from February 11th to the 27th in Halifax. The Moose Jaw Warriors will be well represented at the games. For the first time the hockey event is an Under-16 tournament as opposed to Under-17 as in the past.

The team will feature players born in 1995 and drafted in the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft. The Warriors are proud to announce the following Warriors prospects participating in the tournament:

BC:
Brandon Potomak (F)

Alberta:
Torrin White (F)
Braiden Doucette (D) (Braiden was selected for Team Alberta, but is injured with a broken collarbone and will not play)

Saskatchewan:
Daniel Wapple (G)
Carter Hansen (F)

Manitoba:
Kurt Keats (F)
Brayden MacDonald (F)
Justin Paulic (G)

These players represent 8 players selected by the Moose Jaw Warrior Hockey Club in last draft year.

“This event will be a great experience for these young players,” commented Director of Hockey Operations Alan Millar. “It is a testament to the quality of players selected by our team’s scouting staff in 2010. A job well done by Robert MacLachlan and his scouting staff,” added Millar.
