Warriors Head to Swift Tonight

The Warriors will make their way down the highway to visit the Broncos tonight.  The Bronocs are coming off of a 2-0 loss to the Pats last night. Prior to their shutout loss last  night, the Bronocs were on a 5 game winning streak in thanks to a big part from red hot goalie Mark Friesen.

Swifty still sits in 2nd in the East division and the Warriors have moved ahead of Brandon and Regina, into 4th with their 4-7-0-1 record.

Who to watch for:
Swift Current
Mark Friesen was named CHL goaltender of the week and had 5 wins on his plate prior to last night.
Stepan Novotny leads the Bronocs with 9 goals.  The big european forward is dangerous with the puck.
Justin Dowling has the most points for Swifty and has 4 assists in the previous match ups with the tribe.

Moose Jaw
Quinton Howden is tied for the lead in points with 13 and has 4 goals and 8 points in the last 4 games
Nathan MacMaster started off the Warriors scoring vs Med Hat and has been a difference maker for the tribe
Spencer Edwards will be looking to give his team a spark with his determination and energy.  Edward's last goal was on October 8th.

Listen to the game live on Country 100 FM with the voice of the Warriors, James Gallo.  The game won't start until 8:00 tonight to give you time to watch the Riders first!
