The Moose Jaw Warriors faced a hot goalie in James Reid who took 43 shots in the 3-2 Warriors win. Dylan Hood scored the first and only goal of the opening twenty minutes to give the tribe the lead heading into intermission.
Chiefs Anthony Barbado scored the first goal for the visiting team. Warriors forward Danny Gayle managed to give the Warriors the go ahead goal to end the 2nd. Spokane would make things interesting in the final twenty with a marker from Levko Koper on the power play. Connor Cox would be on the end of the final goal of the night that would seal the deal for the tribe.
Spokane had a great opportunity with both McFaull and Bowman in the box in the final mintues of play, but the tribe would kill off both penalties and skate to their second win in a row. Warriors are back tomorrow night at the Civic Center against the Prince Albert Raiders.
Don't have anything much to say but I just wanted to once again tell you how much I'm enjoying the blog. I pop by everyday. Thanks so much for all the work you're putting into it.
