Warriors Wrap Up NHL Rookie Camps

NHL rookie camps wrapped up last night, and the only current Warrior that saw action was Kendall McFaull.

McFaull was a +1 and had four shots on net for Winnipeg in a 2-0 win over Vancouver in the final game of the Young Stars Tournament in Penticton, BC.

NHL teams have announced some of their main camp rosters, and five of seven Warriors who took part in rookie camps made the cut.

Cody Beach is off to St. Louis, Quinton Howden will join former Warriors Tomas Fleischmann and Keaton Ellerby at Florida main camp, and Dylan McIlrath and Collin Bowman are both off to Rangers camp.

Joel Edmundson will head to Blues main camp, but will watch from the sidelines. Edmundson tweeted yesterday that his injury suffered during the Traverse City Prospect tournament is a high ankle sprain.

Dallas Ehrhardt didn't get an invite to Flames main camp, neither did McFaull for Jets camp.

NHL main camps start this weekend, pre season hockey starts next week.
